BE PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF

SERVE

"The most profound aspect of being apart of Southridge's Track and Field team would have to be the everlasting bonds I created.  This includes both the student-athletes and the coaches.  Of course, the athletic side of the team was important but coaches Terry and Bruce always made sure we, as a team, functioned like a family.  Uplifting one another, and being an advocate for each other.  For that I am forever grateful"     -- Sabrina Moore, '11

DID YOU KNOW?
HomePlate is Washington County's only non-profit provider of drop-in centers and street outreach for young people experiencing homelessness.

There are many ways Southridge Track and Field can partner with Home Plate and one of those ways is by preparing and serving a hot meal.

We are on the schedule for Wednesday March 8.
Coach Rife will be taking 10-12 athletes on this evening.  If we get a big response of athletes wanting to be part of this great opportunity, we can schedule more nights.  There are other ways we can be involved and Coach Rife will keep us all posted how.

If you want to know more about this non-profit organization right here in our own backyard, please visit their website and watch the video on the right.
